I have been coming here for 5 + years. The only person I let do my nails is Julie the owner she is amazing and does everything exactly how I want. It’s hard to do an overlay and she is the only person I know in Charlotte who can do it perfectly. However you would think by me being an established customer since she first open that every time I come to get the same thing every time she would not switch the prices to keep making them higher. Boy oh boy Ughhhhh gotta find a new place now😩😩😩

If I could 0 stars I would! These nail techs are not capable of doing good work. Went twice to two different nail techs & had to get them fixed both times. Nails were crooked and polish was sloppy and uneven, as if I did them myself. When I told them I was not satisfied with my nails, they started talking in another language and the man asked me why I didn’t want to pay. When I pointed out all the problems, he told me it looks good. Will never return here again! Julie is the only nail tech who knows what she is doing. I wouldn’t waste another minute going here. Terrible service & unsatisfactory work.

Love this place so much. Only place I can trust to do my nails! Everyone there is so friendly!! Def my go-to place.

Was in town for a medical procedure and my fiancé and I decided to stop by for a pedicure. His first ever! I had the deluxe pedicure and loved it. They were very accommodating as I still had my drain tubes in. They even threw in a bottle of lotion! Thank you so such hospitality
