Very nice personnel. Did a nice job on pedicure. Had not had one since China visit. Not really a pedicure type person but they were very good and didn't hurt me when clipping toenails. I have nails that are very close to the skin and they did a great job.

I used to love coming here. It was honestly my favorite spot in town, but after yesterday I will not be returning. I called and asked simply for them to repair what another salon had messed up, and they said they could do it. It was a color correction basically. When I arrived they made me wait a very long time, after other walk ins (regulars who came later that they knew by name) the woman doing my nails was extremely rude, she kept trying to upsale me to services I did not want, she judged my color choices, and treated me with such disrespect. She asked why I needed them done, I told her it was my birthday, & I was going to a dinner later. She did not care, she made me cry even. I am very sad to say I will no longer be returning my business here. I have always excused their rude, awful customer service they have provided me for the last 5 years because they were so skilled, but after yesterday, NEVER again.

It's very busy and a little messy! However, they use protective lining in all the baths and pull sterile tools from sealed packages for every customer. My girls and i have been going here for years. Their efficient and get the job done for a decent price. Go early or make an appointment. Its that busy!!

The lady who attended me cut my cuticle and left it bleeding. She pretended like she didn’t see it. But the nails themself were nice. The shape turned out how I wanted it to be.

I went in a Saturday they were pretty busy but I didn’t have a long wait. I was happy with the way my nails came out I got a coffin shape with mood changing polish $35. But then Sunday my thumb nail tip fell off. Monday I opened my pantry and my pointer finger tip popped right off I didn’t even know I heard something fall looked down and seen my nail tip. By Friday not even a week later I had 3 tips in total pop off. Very disappointed not going back and wouldn’t recommend.
