Worst service ever, didn't read the reviews before and will regret this forever!! Wanted to get acrylic nails got "powder because acryl smells bad" each finger is bleeding because of their filing. The nails are twice short the length that I actually asked. Don't repeat my mistake and trust the reviews. This place is really bad.

Went in for the mani/pedi special, got rushed into a pedicure which lasted about 5 mins all the while AMY is engaging in conversation with fellow workers in her language glancing at me every couple seconds. She was only interested in me getting other services while there. Rushed through my 5 min manicure, leaving my cuticles unattended, and half removed. DO NOT GO HERE unless you're in a rush!! WORSE SERVICE EVER!

This was a terrible experience. I asked for a mani pedi and was pestered the whole time to upgrade to something more expensive. She rushed through the mani/pedi leaving me bleeding on one hand, doing a terrible job. When I went to tip her at the end, which I was kind enough to give her anything, I handed her 3 dollars for the terrible $20 service she provided. She said no and grabbed the $5 bill out of my hand. At that point I was stunned at how rude she was to tell me how much I had to tip her. I can't believe this place is still in business. DO NOT spend your money here unless you want a rushed terrible mani/pedi and very rude service.

Looking for the posh place to see and be seen while doing your nails? Well sorry, but keep looking. BUT if you want a neighborhood place to get a mani and pedi for only $20 (thats right, I said 20 bucks), then this is your new favorite place. They do a decent job, have great color options from opi and esse and will do nails and toes in under an hour. For the quick-moving New Yorker on a budget, you have now met your new best friend.

Horrible service, didn't even cut my nails before the manicure. Made a huge scene when I didn't tip them
