I've been going to this Salon for at least five years and Tom, one of the owners, was my "go to" guy for Gel Dip Nails and Acrylic Nails. He did an excellent job on my nails and I was a loyal and consistent customer, returning every 2-3 weeks for fills. I always make an appointment, because I run my own business, and my time is valuable. From time to time, Tom would run late, and I would have to wait for him. I had an appointment today at 3:30, and when I walked in, he was with another client, and he said it would be over an hour wait. His wife, Tami, then offered another tech to me, and said it would take 10 minutes for her to be done. After waiting for a half hour, I walked out. This wasn't the first time this had happened to an appointment of mine, and a few times over the years, Tom had even started a new customer, 10 minutes before my appointment time, knowing full well he wouldn't be done in time to do my nails, at my scheduled appointment time.
I called Tami back and told her that this wasn't any way to treat a loyal customer. She knows this, (we've had this conversation in the past), but apparently Tom, doesn't "want" appointments anymore. She said I could just come in whenever, and "wait" for Tom, and whenever he was free, I could then get my nails done by him.
Umm....No....that's not the way it works.
While I have supported this business for years, and they are honest people, and do great work, they are simply awful at customer service. Apparently, Tom is more concerned about taking care of walk-in customers, (who never return and usually never tip), then taking care of his steady, loyal, customers. Too bad, because I refuse to be treated this way by a business that I have supported for years, by my patronage.
This Nail Salon recently lost one of their longtime Nail Techs, who now runs her own business, and she also takes appointments! I would suggest trying out Hannah, at Sunrise Nails in Brandon, because I'm sure she won't be "too busy" to take care of loyal, repeat customers.

Excellent service! Very nice people and did a great job. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. I will definitely come back. I was very pleased.

I went and got acrylics done yesterday. My technician’s name was Philip if I’m not mistaken. He first started off by taking a look at my bitten nails and telling me how gross they were. He also didn’t cut them as short as I wanted them and didn’t use the color I asked for, despite me trying to show him the example of what I wanted. There are a couple marks/particles under the top coat and lots of excess on the sides. I won’t be going back to him again.

This nail salon seemed like they were rushing a lot. They somehow the person that was doing my nails somehow messed up my thumb I don’t exactly know how but they messed up my thumb and it hurt when they put polish over it and they didn’t ask anything and they don’t speak very good English they have a thick accent so it’s hard to understand them but that’s my only complaint but my experience was overall not very good and I didn’t really like it. They also have it like bad color range selection and they didn’t have a lot of normal good colors.

I love coming here. Everyone is always so friendly and polite. They do wonderful work for manicures and pedicures. Price is pretty decent as well.
