I used to love this place my granddaughter and I went in tonight and had the worst experience. My granddaughter got a pedicure and told the lady to cut her to nails down and she cut one ok but the other one is long. She told her again and the lady filled it a little. I got gel polish on nails and the girl had trouble shaping then so I took the file and shaped them how I liked them. The I had them painted and it was the messiest job ever. I'm pretty sure she was new. I had not seen her before. When we paid I asked how much mine were and she said $25 I did not get the manicure then Joy the owner spoke up and said $30. Shame on you Joy not going there anymore. On the hunt for a new nail place! On the positive side my granddaughter has her eyebrows waxed and she was happy with that.

Thank God Joy, her mom and Tina are still there! My favorite girl Eva was fired... HUGE MISTAKE. The new owner is horrible and rude! She answers her business phone "hello?" and your like excuse me is this a business??? You walk in and she doesn't acknowledge you when you walk in or to find out if you have an appointment! The prior owners cared about you and your service before you walked out the door. I only stol go for Joy and get mom... but this new owner only caring about money is gonna get old and people will end up going somewhere else!

I had my gel nail polish removed temporarily for a surgical procedure. and I asked her to be careful so she doesn't destroy my natural nail. She continued to peel, and file my own nail destroying them. She didnt shape them evenly and left gel polish still on. I usually leave a good tip but not today. I used to like going there

I've been here a few times now. Each time I've gotten a great pedicure. I'm impressed with the cleanliness and the service.

They waited until I got my service done to tell me that there card machine wasn’t working then made me go to the ATM across the street to take cash out and they charged me additional three dollars. I told her that and she still made me pay full service. I’m very upset and my eyebrows came out terrible. I will no longer be taking there services and I will let my mother know to no longer go here. They obviously don’t care about customer service and this isn’t the first time I encountered poor service.
