I really had high hopes for this place based on previous reviews but our experience was not the best. The stylist greeted us promptly and the haircut was decent but the manner in which my daughter was treated during the haircut process was less than desirable. I thought I made it clear for her to trim her hair with scissors but clippers were used on my child. During the use of the clippers, my daughter’s ear was cut at the end of the haircut process. To be fair, we did not notice the cut until we left and she started to complain about her ear stinging. Not once did the stylist ask her to move her own head when needed, she just moved it for her. I have never had a stylist jerk my head around during a cut before so this seemed odd to me and unprofessional. Upon leaving, my daughter cried and asked to never bring her here again. In all, haircut not so bad but customer relations should be improved. We will not be returning customers.

Hannah was great! She took her time and was very friendly and gave me a cut and style just made for me!

I love coming here everyone is so friendly. They take the time to cut your hair the way you want it.
The owner Ashley cuts my hair sometimes and we always have a good laugh she's got a great sense of humor.
You can't beat the price and I've never had to wait long to get my haircut.
I think this place and the people that work in it are the best!!!

When my wife and I went in to get hair cuts we signed in on their app for appointments with me + 1 when my name was called I let my wife go first. Then they took someone name steve in front of me I was so disappointed and my wife was done and the girl wanted to just argue with me so I canceled my haircut.
