STAY AWAY! Worst service I've EVER had at a nail they didn't speak to me the entire time and would just slap my leg when they wanted the other one during my pedicure. My gel acrylic nails are SO bumpy they look terrible and I seriously question the cleanliness of this salon.

I was a walk in and was seated almost immediately. The technician was very professional, friendly and did a great job.
My only concern was the general house keeping of the establishment. It really needs a good cleaning. The floors, baseboards and rugs are very dirty. The chairs that the technicians sit on are filthy. That place really needs some good old fashioned elbow grease.
They talk to each other the whole time in their own language, basically ignoring you the whole time. It's just rude.
The overall experience was good though.

I go here frequently for shellac manicure and pedicure. I ONLY see Selenee and she is fabulous. The salon itself is DIRTY! I looked at the carpet under the nail polishes which looks like it hasn’t seen a vacuum in months! The floors are dirty and need to be mopped. Lots of cobwebs and dust. They sit around playing on their phones when really they should be paying attention and getting the salon CLEAN! They should also tell their employees that I don’t enjoy smelling their cigarette smoke. I am a non smoker and quite frequently they stand in the doors and smoke and the whole salon stinks!!

Lilly always does a great job! My pedicures stay for over a month. My shellac on manicure will last about three weeks without any chips!

The staff do not communicate with you. They only mumble at you randomly. I felt like my pedicure & manicure were rushed. The customer service overall was terrible.
