This place is AMAZING!!! By far the best nail salon experience I have ever had. Great environment and very friendly. They learn your name and address you by name during your whole visit. The techs don't have side conversations with each other but instead engaged in conversation with their clients the whole time they are working with you. I can not say enough amazing things about this place!!!!!!I

My first visit was good...I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and especially the beautiful results. The second visit was OK however I walked in instead of making an appointment. It said on their door "walk ins welcome". All I heard during the process of getting my nails done is to please make an appointment. The 3rd time I went in, I had made an appointment. They were late taking me, when I sat down, the tech who was doing my nails was constantly getting up and doing other things....I think it was Angel herself who was my tech at the time. I truly don't remember how many times she did this...at least 7 or 8 times.
She kept apologizing like that was going to make everything OK. Getting up to tend to business is just fine, but when you are with a client, you need to focus on that client or hand off to someone else. Bottom line, I was in there for 1 hour and 45 minutes for the appointment I had just for a simple fill. I won't be going back.

Love, love, love this salon! This has been my salon of choice for over 3 years now. Angel and all of her technicians are extremely outgoing and personable. Service is always top-notch. Highly recommend having an appointment, as they stay busy all day, but they will accommodate you as quickly as they can. Looking forward to my next pamper day!

I went to this place couple times and loved their service. Yesterday was the worst nail service ever in my life. The lady who did my nail cut my cuticle so bad that I was bleeding constant. She did ask me to come back 2 hours later which I couldn't. Then she kept asking me if I can just do clear polish. I told her I did not come here to do clear. I chose this specific color. The bleeding did not stop I left the store and she lied to her boss saying I already paid which I didn't. I am not going back again.

I called ahead to schedule a fill and pedicure appointment. When I walked I was greeted by the staff and asked to pick a color for my nails. Once I picked my color(s) she started my pedicure. It looked like the nail tech was new or in training because the nail tech next to her was assisting her but I didn’t mind. I was curious how my toes would turn out and I must say they turned out great!! I was asked if I wanted water, tea or coffee. A different nail tech did my nails and she did an amazing job as well. I had gone to 3 different nail shops in the last month because I was unhappy with my other set of nails and this one was by far my favorite!! They took their time and made me comfortable. They shaped my nails perfectly and the nail tech made sure every single nail was perfect!! Me being anal loved that!! The only down fall was how long it took. I was on my lunch break and it took 2 hours. Although it took a long time it was a great experience. Be prepared to be pampered and taken care of here.
