My mom and I went in for a refill. It was listed for $20. I asked for powder color and they didn’t have it. So I asked for a white French tip and the owner said she couldn’t do that. So I had to go with the lightest color they had which was light blue. I showed her the picture I wanted and she did a horrible job! Didn’t even take off all of my previous color. Didn’t blend the acrylics nor did she apply a nude base coat. Then she up charged for the color AND taking length off my nails. There’s bubbles on them and it’s not even nor are the lines straight. The acrylics are raised and she didn’t reshape my nails so it looks like I have a platypus beak for fingers. To top it off, it cost me $40 for a brand new set with gel polish where I live. We ended up paying $50 for a refill. Will absolutely not be going back. Now I have to fix them myself.

Straight Trash. They did those ugly yellow nails in the pictures, and the lady that seems to call all poc "boo-boo" is rude, nasty and posses horrible customer service skills

The lady Miss Penny is very ride to customers and she don't do nails well. I use to use them all the time but after the treatment I got today I will never go back. We had a Wedding and prom party booked with them for next month and we nicely cancelled and booked it with Nail Dynasty where they know how to treat their customers.

Worst customer service EVER!! I called myself making an appointment, so that I could manage my day but boy was I in for a rude awakening! I get to the salon around 11:53 and as I enter the door I notice they are pretty busy but as I turn around to look over my shoulder I notice my nail tech Tony (who I have the noon appt with)coming in so I'm like perfect timing. I ask him if he's ready for me and he says give me a sec...ok cool. He then motions for me to come and Penny (the owner) chimes in and says no get them sitting over there! Shocked, I say but I have an appointment!? Penny, it's not 12:00 yet and they have been here since 10:00!, you wait! In disbelief, I turn and leave! I waited all day for that appointment, so now my whole day has been ruined by her poor customer service and management!! I'd been using them for sometime now but I will never go back there again!!
