Horrible Horrible service. They rushed through my nails and the end result was awful. I got the S&S nails which were not cheap but the lady was in such a hurry that she kept having to redo every nail or cake more powder on them. I ended up going back the next morning and getting them off and get acrylic. They were horrible as well. I already have a broken nail after only 2 days. I should have got my money back. I will never be back nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible place EVER!!! They cut both thumbs buffering me. I came back the next day to get them redone and had to wait. Then my nails was not done correctly. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! 😐 I paid full price for nothing.

So, my mom and I came in here on a Sunday. We were both very nice and stayed patient, understanding it was an iffy-day already. We expected it to be busy or rather quiet for the time we came in. Anyway, we weren't greeted, period. We got very nasty looks for even walking through the door. We had to wait almost 30 minutes just for an eyebrow wax for one person..And they weren't very busy at all. We were their last option customers.
My mom got her eyebrows waxed and asked a lady how she would like her eyebrows done. They lady said nothing and continued on her job. She ended up doing a horrible job, unfortunately. We left very unhappy and we really don't think these ladies cared one bit. The price for the service wasn't horrible, but its not a nice place if you're wanting friendly business, and not being talked about in Viet.

THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!! They were supposed to do French tip on my nails and brought the white all the way down, they cut my cuticles so bad, cut my fingers a million times, were very rude. Took 5 people in before me when I was there waiting forever!!!

I called over the phone to ask for gel polish only price. I was told $18. I get there and I was passed down to 3 people just get my old gel polish removed. The owner rushed my polish. Did not let allow my polish to set under the UV light long enough to dry. It was closing time and when it was time to check my polish. Partial rub off. Owner knew it wasn't right but still said, "you're done!!". I didn't say nothing until I was told to pay $29. I told her it wasn't worth $29 with no manicure. Just my real natural nails. She ask to re-do my left hand. I said no. I was so pissed!! And she knew it. I told them ." my nails are horrible and I will not be back here." I left. Straight bs
