Great location with easy parking right in front. My wife and I got pedicures here. They run weekly specials with quality reflexology. Nice menu of treatments with discounts if you want a membership. We enjoyed our experience and will be back. Large staff so the wait is nonexistent.

Absolutely LOVE Camillus Nails!! Just the nicest people who work there and they do a GREAT job on everything I've ever had done. Been going for 2 years. From the immediate greeting when you walk in to the upbeat have a nice day when you leave. All around great place!

I went there today with an appointment at noon for a pedicure and manicure. My friend joined me only getting a manicure. It was both our first times and we made that very clear when looking in the book for what we wanted. I got a honey and silk spa pedicure and both my friend and I received the lavender spa manicure w/gel. In the book it said $35 for that service and I assumed an up-charge for gel but nothing up surd. The lady who did my service told me $125 at first and then at the end handed me a bill for $130 , the $125 at the beginning included gel with the pedicure and I decided not to do that just do the gel with my manicure. I assumed the price would go down not up.
They charged me $130 for the honey and silk pedicure and lavender manicure which in the book said $35 lavender manicure and $60 for the silk and honey pedicure, as well as charging my friend $70 for her manicure. Not to our knowledge they tried to charge both of us double for another manicure ($35) for getting gel polish. When we both questioned them in total confusion and the fact I received a cheaper price with more services at the beginning, the owner argued with us and in my eyes was trying to pull one under us with the absurd charges. When we explained that this should have been told to us at the beginning that by getting a gel lavender manicure you had to pay for gel manicure and lavender manicure we would have certainly not gone here! At any other place you can get the EXACT same services for half the price!!!! The owner was very aggressive with both my friend and I throwing money back at here and telling us not to say anything. We both work in guest service and never experienced such rude behavior.
Just a warning if going here or plan to, I am most certain they are scamming the customers in paying more with outrageous prices and not communicating that with people and I’m hoping there will more people who question the outrageous pricing and customer service!
I will never go here again!

I went there a few weeks ago with my Mother and we thought it was great but now I have toe fungus on both of my big toes!! This is the first time this has ever happened to me! I am NOT happy and will not be going back!! It was too expensive to end up with toe fungus!

I used to have my gel nails for years !! And then recently was introduced to an new type of nail polish , ANC it’s a dipping powder polish that is a lot safer for the environment , yourself and your nail stylist . I am very happy with the results yet they have to get on board here !! Not everyone love the shellac !!! ANC nails look and feel so Much better than shellac / gel nails . If they don’t want to do them there then I guess I will go elsewhere !!! ANC nails are $45 and I am happy paying that but should I be questioned when I walked in about my skin and if I had issues with it !! They owner blatantly asked why I wasn’t gong to get shellac /gel nails and I said well I like ANC nails better . “Okay in my head I
Am thinking I am paying so give me what I want ! Hopefully when and if I ever go there -again it will not be an issue !!
