This place is so shady! They only take cash because you know they're not claiming but a fraction of it on their taxes. Yes their prices are little cheaper than other salons but they should be cheap because this place is dingy dirty and disgusting. They have two Pedicure Chairs the last time I was in there the seat was pulled so far forward it was awkward and uncomfortable, but was broken and could not be adjusted! There are only two ladies who run around like slaves working for their master, who I saw walk in one time and check up on them. I actually feel sorry for them. The last two times I went there, they charged me more then the listed price on their board, claiming that the price had changed, but hadn't changed it on their board yet. This seems to be their little trick that they pull on people, knowing you'll just end up giving them what they want, because trying to communicate in any depth is virtually impossible since they make no attempt to try to speak anything other than Vietnamese.The last straw was when they charged me double for a simple polish change, they have listed as $5 on their board. I would have polish my own nails for $10! They lost my business. I don't support liars and scammers.

Long wait time, they don't take cards, cash only. Poor communication. Place seems dirty.

It's definitely the most affordable place in Hillsboro. I had to wait for a while in a back sorta room, but I wasn't mad at all when I saw how great my brows looked. If you're looking for something cheap and aren't on a time schedule this is the place to go.

I come all the way from Lake Oswego because the girls do such a great job and the hair cuts for men are very affordable. Check them out, they do a great job. Randy
