To start off with. the the workers are very very friendly! they offered us complementary drinks over and over again because they felt bad for us waiting so long. then one of the ladies offered us corn on the cob, which was really funny. but she told me and my girlfriend how cute we together and all that. all of them were very friendly and funny and just great people. nail salon was very clean and had a great atmosphere. a couple bad things.. first, i would recommend setting up an appointment or you’ll most likely be sitting there for possibly 2 to 3 hours waiting like we did. then secondly, the lady who was doing my girlfriend nails (she was wearing a all white coat). my girlfriend complained and said her nails were very sharp and ridged and kept stabbing her and hurting her really bad. the whole process took about 4 to 5 hours. but overall her nails were done really great!
(Update): This place is really expensive compared to other places in the area!

Rude, young, and immature staff. Did I mention 2 drama queens who gossip? Two young girls who that work there should learn better customer service skills & not being getting into arguments with customers.

I really like this place. They all say hi and call me by my name. I read the reviews and am super surprised that some people felt the staff was rude. I have not ever thought that. They do a lot of multitasking so I can see how that might frustrating to those who are in a hurry. They are always busier than I would like and I would love a larger salon, but for the very reasonable price, it is worth it to me. As for quality, I get the powder mail polish. They do such a good job that even after 5-6 weeks I still have all of the polish on. I hope this review is helpful. My recommendation is to be prepared to be there awhile. I usually go with a friend to keep me company or watch Netflix on my phone.
