I’ve gone here twice, my second time being yesterday and both times my gel acrylics have been completely awful. My nails were not shaped, she never cleaned up the excess polish near my cuticles, my acrylics are also very slanted near my cuticles, the underneath of my nails look absolutely terrible, and the gel was never smoothed so they look terribly bumpy, and none of my nails are anywhere near the same length, she didn’t even try to match them she just cut them down and went on. The prices are absolutely to high for the quality of work and never told me they only take check or cash until after she was done. Nor did they have any visible signs stating so. The woman who did my nails rushed through everything and seemed to get upset when I wanted full color and sparkles on my ring fingers. She wasn’t very friendly and kind of threw my hands around during the whole ordeal. Honestly the worst visits I’ve ever had. My nails are a nightmare and if I could I would’ve asked her to take them off before I left but I didn’t want to be rude with other customers around and I just wanted to leave. I’m sorry but I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone I feel anywhere else would do better.

Love Lovely Nails! Mi knows exactly what I want and she does an excellent job! Prices are reasonable!

I am very confused by this place. The first time I went there I was really impressed with the friendliness and how great my nails and feet looked although I paid for a manicure and the lady didn't do ANY of the normal things that are usually done when you get a manicure - she just painted my nails. I didn't want gel polish just regular polish. So I paid and went on my way. A few weeks later I went back and decided to get get a mani and pedi again but this time with gel polish on my fingernails. The cost was the exact same with the gel mani as it was when the girl just painted my fingernails and didn't even bother giving me an actual manicure the first time. Also, this time they did not bother putting a top coat on my toes following my pedicure and the polish is already chipping off not even 2 weeks later. My gel manicure barely even lasted a week and this time they weren't nearly as friendly as they were last time. They just seem a little inconsistent and I'm still confused as to why my gel manicure cost the same as the first time when all she did was paint my nails the first time? I was expecting to pay more when I got my gel manicure. Now I kind of feel like I was cheated the first time. I will probably not be back because if I am going to pay for something to be done then I want it done correctly consistently.
