In my opinion they are the best around! When I moved here, I spent a couple of years trying to find a good nail place. I finally found Pretty Nails. They were recommended to me by several people who said they were the best - they were right! This is the best place I have been to. Cece is great - my nails have never looked so good. Anything I want done she (or any of the other nail techs) can do. I don’t believe you will find a better place. The staff is wonderful, they offer a wide variety of services and the shop is impeccably clean. I won’t go anywhere else and always recommend them!!

Busy shop, but dedicated friendly staff with reasonable prices. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly, and they do their best to make your experience there a good one. Because they are so busy, I recommend calling ahead for an appointment.

There were both a male and female nail tech working when we arrived. Waited an hour after requesting to have my nails done by the female tech. When she was finishing up with her current client, she told me to let the male tech do my nails. I requested that the female tech do my nails, yet again. The male tech said, "Oh well! Bye bye!" The female tech said, "I don't want to do nails any more, I'm tired after this client (the client she was currently working with)."
We waited an hour to be told that the female tech was to tired to do my nails. Followed by the male tech sarcastically shooing us off.
You can count on it, this place will never see another red cent of my hard earned money!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!!!
