This little treasure of a salon is the best kept secret in Washington, DC!
My first visit was a walk-in. They were very accommodating and gracious as it was near closing time. They referred me to their absolute best stylist. Karin, who speaks French, is an excellent hair dresser. She has 30 years of practice and has taught hair dressing and styling. Karin is sought after by some of the DC and Virginia elite including the White House and Congress.
Very reasonable prices and the quality of work is superb!
I would say the staff is excellent, the salon is centrally located on 15th st NW. It is a little cluttered and needs some updating to include lighting.
The only criticism I have is that the salon is not as clean as it could be. and it is a little messy which further gives the impression of being a little unorganized.

Worst haircut ever.
The lady who cut my hair was very nice, but she layered it and did a horrible job. The layers aren't blended at all, just blunt cuts that look incredibly choppy. Even worse is that the layers are thicker on one side than they are on the other. I was in town for a wedding and had to just deal with it because I didn't have time to find another salon that could fix it. I wouldn't recommend this place.
