I've had both Jimmy and Nancy do my nails.. They are quick, friendly and spot on with shape and color. I see the bad reviews, but I don't believe them. I've been getting my nails done for 20+ years. Everytime I find someone I like they move stores. This time I'm happy with the owners and will keep going to this store!

There is ALWAYS an issue with this place whether it’s price, pain or poor customer service. I called at 6:02 to ask if I could come in immediately knowing they close at 7. The guy who answered said yes never asked what I wanted but proceed to said I can’t take you until 30 minutes from now. I get there at 6:34 then he tells me oh you wanted a pedicure right? No sir I needed a fill, oh sorry I can’t take you now come back tomorrow. I’m standing there confused because I’m saying to him I called you and you’re the one who told me to come this late. It’s super close to me but the Convenience is no longer worth it.

My wife went to this place for the first time. She wanted French nails. They pried the old nails off instead of sanding them down which resulted in her having allot of pain and she started to bleed under her nails. She will never go there again. Who wants to pay $40 to be tortured?! She experienced bodily harm here and didn't even get her money back. If this gets infected we will sue this place! After coming home in pain she finally realized that 3 nails hadn't even received the final coating to harden the nail job!
Go here and you will pay good money for a half ass job and get hurt in the process.

Am here it says $15 for fill she asked if I was getting anything else I said just color so then she is like am gonna do them now but u need a full set next time. Then she starts it $18 I ask why ur sign says $15 becuase ur nail is long n I need to put more. So I said why is there no sign saying that. She just looking for something else now she said is cuase my nail is bad I said OK if u going to replace then I won't mind paying for it. She said just was not going to replace just go right over. Also my daughter is here she wanted a full set it says $20 for full set then she asked if she could have coffin lady's says $35 am like how it says $20 lady says med $5 more so it looks nicer. I don't understand I thought one comes here to feel better n relax but no they just want to not nickel n dime u here. I guess its better to get what they can instead of having a regular. We are new to town n been looking if anyone knows of a place where they don't make u feel like ur just a bank plz let me know Ty

I asked if they do the chrome manicure which is the new trend, the lady looked at me like I had three eyes on my head, she then asked me what that was I explained it was a powder that when polished looks matalic or like mirror nails... She asked another woman there and that woman said no. As the 1st woman walked away she said something to the 2nd woman and they both laughed hysterically, I stood there and then asked how much was the gel nail polish manicure, they were both very surprised to see me still standing there, the 2nd woman said the gel nail polish mani was 25$ when it's listed as 15$ I also asked why it was listed for 15$ she continued to explain that if u wanted just the nail polish it was 15$ but everything else like nail trim or hand massage was an extra 15$... How in the world does anyone just pay 15$ for nail polish? That's insane and they will never have me as a coustomer after how rude they were, and trying to up the prices!
