I am visiting my best friend who is new to the Prescott area. I did my research on local nail salons—A2Z stood out being named as one of the top ten nail salons, their location, photos and good reviews.
I am so disappointed with our experience!! My friend’s work is in service and she is always helping and giving to others leaving little time for herself.
I treated her to a little pampering and came away feeling terribly guilty and dismayed! While I received an incredible pedicure from My, it was unbearable watching as my dear friend receive the worst treatment imaginable from Abbey.
Every action Abbey made; body language, rolling her eyes, snappy conversation and shoddy pedicure, communicated she had no passion or care about my friend or the work she did.
I am a hairdresser and in 40 yrs of practice know the utter importance of caring about the person in your chair. We all have a story, we all have bad days but the dark cloud of Abbey will hang over us for a long time!
Although I loved interactions My, Wilson, Ty and Annie, it would be difficult in good conscience to recommend A2Z.
A note to Abbey-never take for granted your power to affect someone’s life. Good or bad, it only takes a nano-second to leave your mark. What do you want that to be? Do better Abbey! You are worth it and so are the trusting people you sit opposite from.

I recently moved to Prescott and needed to find a place for a pedicure. A girlfriend recommended A2Z - said she loved having Wilson do her toes... so I checked it out today. Wilson gave me a standard pedicure...did a nice job for a great price and then one of the girls waxed my eyebrows - also a great job. I will definitely go back. Thanks

Any time I've gone I'm greeted and fee welcomed immediately. Wilson is the very talented and takes his time making sure to get the shape right. I'd suggest him to anyone! Definitely good pricing for quality work. Genuinely pleased with them :)

I took my sister to get her nails done for prom, it had been years since either of us had gotten out nails done so we were unsure what to expect. We were immediately welcomed and taken back to get started. I just got french tip which turned out beautiful! My sister went a little more edgy and got coffin shaped matte black nails! I ended up wishing I had done what she did because they did such a good job. The gel dried almost instantly, we were out in no time and super satisfied with our nails as well as the service. Our nail tech was very informative and friendly. I will definitely be returning!
