If I could rate negative stars I would! My hands are all cut up and my nails LOOK TERRIBLE! The tips look like the top of a lipstick. I went with a friend and one of the men told her to “hurry up and make up her mind. Because there is other people waiting.” There was two people sitting in the pedicure chairs. BEING WORKED ON. That was very rude. Not worth the 70 dollars spent! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Sign said they open at 10am so we showed up at 10. Nope they actually opened at 930 so we had a wait. Placed us in the spa chair and hour later we still were sitting and waiting. We watched as people that came in after us began getting service so we finally asked how much longer. They replied “40 more minute” I became angry and informed them we have already waited an hour, which was the stated wait when we first walked in. Their reply “first come first serve.” Hello....that’s not what was happening. Worst service ever! Do not waste your time or money. GO TO ROCKWALL!!

EXTREMELY rude place. They did a poor job on my nails, and while picking out a color I got told to HURRY UP because customers were waiting (there was nobody else waiting) I spent over two hours up there with hardly anybody there.

Today was my first visit there. Very friendly, professional & nice work on my nails. Surprisingly it wasn't busy at 2 pm on a Saturday so I was able to walk right in. I'll try a pedicure next time.

Told the lady on big toe do not cut the sides. Just file straight across, she said ok. I was not paying attention she cut on sides and top very very short.
Everything else was very good.
