Some friends love the place, I'm not quite as convinced. The ice cream with cocoa chips is actually pretty good tho, and the atmosphere inside is very fitting-- green and white and welcoming, yet a little industrial feeling.

Got the matcha soft serve ice cream with boba and chocolate nibs as toppings. It was good, but not great. I want to try other drinks here before I update my comment.

Sis drove us out and Sip did not disappoint. The Aloe Matcha is delicious with the added Boba. The Strawberry Match is also very good. If you haven't hit them up yet, do! Also recommend the Salmon Onimatcha, was also very good and filling. Service was quick.
