Spot in Miami after having one designated nail tech in nyc for the last 4 years. Highly recommend this salon, every one is extremely friendly and polite :)

Service is very acceptable and in general good. The waiting time is variable depending the day of the week. You can make appointments and probably that way you would avoid that situation.
The issue in particular here is the owner. Researching a little we realized is probably a cultural thing but is still a reason to don’t get them a better rating. He’s not very cordial or he just doesn’t have had management formation. Even tho the staff in general is polite, helpful and nice. Some of them need more information about the pricing and services but nothing that can not be trained for.
He has made, in all our visits, the atmosphere kind of tense. But besides that is an acceptable place to get your pedicure or manicure. Let’s not blame the workers for the owner’s dismissive behavior.

I used to come to this nail salon frequently and was very happy with my services prior. Unfortunately this time it was below average and the nail polish was literally caked on to my nails and even after an hour of drying as soon as I opened my car door it smeared off my nails onto my door! Ruining my car door with it. Never mind the nails that I have to redo!

Excellent customer service! Very clean and professional friendly staff. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place, its beautiful all white and grey tile work and the chandeliers are beautiful as well. They all incredibly talented at what they do, but they're the nicest, most accommodating staff I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with at any nail salon I've ever been, thats why i only choose to come here. The prices are reasonable, and they use good product's, no complaints. They're just overall great people who do great nails in a beautiful clean nail shop!
