I had a wonderful experience at Body, Health & Mind Center. They have very friendly staff, and I received a massage from Mary. She gave an excellent massage. She talked to me about areas to focus on before we started. I was very impressed with her knowledge, and she gave me a lot of relief from the pain. I highly recommend her.

I had a set of lashes & eyebrow tinting done by Beth. The experience was great. Beth was very informative about my choices & how my lashes needed to be cared for. She was also very professional with her process. The staff was very kind & accommodating. I highly recommend Body Health & Mind.

I had the rosemary mint body wrap and 60 minute massage with Brandy. The entire staff was so super friendly and delightful. Every step of the service was equal parts informative, comforting, and adjustable to my specific needs. I have a hard time completely relaxing and tend to talk a lot. Brandy was so fun to talk to, and when it was important for me to focus on my breathing and relax she guided me there super effectively without me feeling pressured. She was knowledgeable in reflexology, aromatherapy, and the Aveda brand and mission. I have had several massages at different local establishments. While they are all good, this was a truly wonderful experience. Products used 10/10 Services 10/10 Staff 20/10

I get the opportunity to travel to Johnson City a couple times a year and I always make it a point to spend some time at BHM Center. They are a small group and very personal. Love their services & have always had a very wonderful experience. From massage, facial to nail services, I’m quite pleased & very relaxed after a visit here.

I was stressed and a bit late for my appointment. My apology was sincere, as this was my first time here & I had taken a wrong turn. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and told me it was ok. They offered me a cup of tea as I was filling out the New Client paperwork.
Alisha was "WONDERFUL". Very patient, listened to my needs, made suggestions and proceeded with the massage. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Thank you all for a great experience.
