My family owns a lot property buildings and some of them we lease out salons. These owners here love what they do and you can tell it in their rapport with customers. Marie is a doll and is very talented. I use to always come to her but I'm not sure if she is still there. They are all family too.

Everyone was super nice and took the time to make my nails very even and clean. Also no complaints when I changed nail color. She also nicely explained all pricing and welcomed me back. Along with lots of conversation through the whole experience everyone is great!

Rose did an amazing job, made sure she wasn’t hurting me and also made sure I loved them. 10/10 recommend best salon I’ve found in the Springfield area. Will for sure be my new go to spot, Thank you so much!!

Been going here for a bit now and they are the best place that I have gotten my nails done. Most places try to rush through people and it shows with the quality, like nails falling off after a week. Here, they take there time and I honestly don't mind waiting during a busy time cause I know they are doing nails right. Waited 3 weeks to get a fill one time and my acrylics didn't even lift!

I have been going to True Beauty for about 5 years and the staff is incredible! The staff treats you like family! I’m very picky and Rose, Kelly to name a couple are very talented! I recommend True Beauty to anyone!
