October 13, 2017 update: The salon's owner called me and apologized profusely for what happened. Google won't let me delete the review, and I'd like to be clear that the one star was for the incident yesterday as described below, not the quality of the work the amazing Tina has done on my nails for the past five years.
If I could just rate the nail technician I adore, I'd give her five stars, but the way I was treated today by an incredibly rude staff member doesn't even deserve one star. I've been going to Images for 30 years and I've seen owners come and go. Service has declined considerably with the most recent owners, and today was the worst I've experienced. I love Tina, who's been doing my nails for the last five years, but after today's experience, I'm not sure I'll ever go back. I would welcome a call from the owners if they care enough to retain a 30-year-customer.

I walked in; " Hi, how are you?", to the young lady at the hair station. She smiled and nodded. The lady at the desk, however, didn't even want to greet me. She looked me up and down and blandly asked "How can l help you?" I asked if they took walk ins as I'm not from the area. She called out to the nail tech, " You wanna come help her?" I needed a fill in and repair. I already felt my coins would be more appreciated elsewhere. I asked the cost of a fill in and this peach turned to the other tech and started a very tone and gesture filled dialogue that lasted about 45 seconds; turned to me and quoted me $40 for a FILL IN! I declined and she said, " Ok! Bye!" Confirmation enough.

I have been going to Images for over 16 years. I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly through management and remodeling. I must say, the new owners/managers are amazing! The shop has an openness that is refreshing, inviting and leaves you feeling pampered. The new staff camaraderie is pleasant to see.
I have been giving gift certificates from Images as gifts for birthdays, teacher appreciation, Bosses Day, weddings and New Mommies. Every person has contacted me sharing their experience of being pampered.
I always have Tina do my nails. She has a way of knowing exactly what I need when I go in. Although I only see Tina, the other ladies, both hair and nail are excellent. Their prices are more than reasonable which is just as important as the care that is given to each client.
Images services ladies, men, children and teens. I recently have observed several beautiful, older ladies (and men) visit the shop and have witnessed the care that is given to these wonderful "seniors".
If you haven't visited Images recently I highly recommend and urge that you do. You will be pleasantly surprised and I am positive you will make this your # 1 Pampering Stop for yourself and as a gift giving option.

I always thought that waxing was a safe bet and couldn't really go wrong but I was mistaken. I've been getting my eyebrows done for over 10 years and decided to take a chance on this plce and the lady did a sloppy job with the wax application and pinched my skin several times after she started to tweeze, leaving really painful welts under my brows that bled later. She even swiped wax on one of my eyelids (I don't grow hair there?) which is now almost swollen shut from her ripping the delicate skin . I was given an unenthusiastic "sorry" and shuttled out. I barely felt she deserved a tip much less payment for the awful job, but I was desperate to get out of there and get home to ice and pain medication. This is beyond the minor redness I'm used to, as I am in physical pain after the experience. I'm not sure about their other services and aestheticians but avoid letting them near you with wax. Overall, I felt they were unfriendly and not professional at all.

If your life depends on it please don't go they are not trained professionals. Please beware. Such people should not be running such salons.
