I've gone to this place since I have moved here(over a year ago). The staff is wonderful. I can count on one hand how many times I didn't really like my nails, but no one is perfect. I always go to the same women now, her name is Anna, I never leave unsatisfied when she does my nails... i love her!

They did a really good job with my nail design. took their time with the detail and the design I wanted on them. good job

I had a gel manicure and pedicure. The gel manicure was great until literally 3 of the nails after applying the polish started smudging and she had to redo them before I left. Not surprisingly after I got home it started to chip off all my nails! So I went in the next day and they did a new gel mani with a different polish. This one lasted about 5 days before chipping off. Either their polish is old or their lights don't work but the gel manicures are horrible.

My buddy and I went for manicures. He had a friendly person- made small talk and she did a great job. Mine however was not friendly, scratched the top of one of my nails, and did not offer extra options. So, it depends on who you get

I've been visiting Urban Nails over years now and today i decided to leave them some good reviews on Yelp because they really deserved it. Every time i visit, they warmly greet me with excellent care and smiling faces which always make me very happy. The owner and staffs are very polite and they do care about customers satisfactions. My favorite service here is Hot Oil Manicure because it's very nice and relaxing. Price is very cheap compared to some nail salons in the town. The interior of this nail salon is always being kept clean and neat with some high quality tools and equipment. In the end, this is a great salon and i appreciate the service. Thumbs up!
