They do a great job with pedicures and eyebrow waxing. Clear communication can be an issue sometimes

Initially the visit was good. However, when I left, I noticed the back of my heels were still rough. I know my feet were in bad shape, that's why I went. I've had pedicures before and never left with my feet like this. When I went back, the lady that originally worked on my feet told the other employee that she had already done enough and they were struggling in the moment to figure out what to do. Embarrassed by their treatment, I left. I left disappointed with their customer service, and the services they provided. To top it off, I had tipped not just one, but three people very generously. Do not waste your money at this place!

Horrible service!!!!! Just wanted my eyebrows waxed not almost all of them waxed off!!!! She basically ripped my skin so bad the whole area is swollen and beet red !!! Will never go back .

David is the only person that I allow to touch my nails. He is also very considerate of persons with special needs. In past other salons I am an amputee I get shared and comments in other languages when I get how's done. Yes some are missing but David did not even hesitate or comment love him!!!!
