Different then I am use to but in a good way. They cater to a all around experience instead of the one service.

What A Wonderful Second Day To Our Anniversary trip. Staff was awesome and our couples Massage was one of the best to date! Really enjoy the full men's locker room with shower and everything you could need! If we lived here we would come back again...maybe next time passing thru we will come back! Keep up the great job.

Simply my favorite place to go to have a me moment! Much needed in this fast pace world. Spa Sera' staff are the best and go out of their way to make you feel pampered!!! Worth every dime!!!

In planning a girls’ weekend at the beach for my three best buds and me, I researched spas in the Pawley’s/Litchfield/Georgetown area. First recommendation on Yelp: Spa Sera in Pawley’s Island. Upon reading the spa’s glowing reviews, I booked their facial/mani/pedi package for all of us. (Full-day spa packages which include massage were also available.)
Spa Sera amazed and impressed all of us with their professionalism, expertise, and service.
Our appointments were for 11:00, and when we entered the spa, we were greeted as though they had eagerly anticipated our being there. Soothing zen-like music provided a backdrop to the sunny reception and retail area, which was tastefully marketed to showcase the products the technicians use. After sipping a cool cup of water and answering a few questions about health concerns and “skin history”, two of us were ushered into the mani/pedi room, while two were shown to individual facial rooms. We then switched places to complete our treatments. When we reunited while nail polish dried, here are some of our reactions:
“I’ve had facials at some of the most famous spas in the world, and this was the best facial I’ve ever received.”
“My skin feels renewed, refreshed, and soft. No need for make-up (except to avoid scaring children and small animals).”
“The experience was so relaxing, it took a while to reorient to reality.”
“My manicurist was extremely knowledgeable about polish finishes, colors, and techniques. She took meticulous care to ensure my satisfaction.”
“Can we come back tomorrow for a full day?”
At the end of our luxurious time, we were given samples of the products that were used during our facials as parting gifts. We all agreed that our experience deserves the highest possible Yelp rating. And we anticipate our next visit already. Thanks, Spa Sera--Amy, April, Ashley, Kimberly, and Shelly--for a memorable afternoon of pampering.
