I started coming here about 2 1/2 years ago at first the service was great. I went three days ago an the young lady someone new who did my feet didn’t paint them correctly they had to be repainted. An my nails I’m not satisfied with they used white base to heighten the green color but now you see white dots within the nail polish and again it’s only been three days i will not be returning

I have been going there for many years since Sunny was the owner. Today was my last day after going across the street to Rocky spa newly opened. I would sit and wait to do my nails for almost 4 hours and Nicole has no respect as to how she speaks to you, always has attitude with no customer service skills. I love Apple and Jazzie but unfortunately they are just workers and don’t make the rules. A lot of customers complaint about their lack of respect for customers time, appointments, and uncleanliness with their non sterilized tools. Nicole needs to remember without customers their is no business. Customer experience should be 100. The customer service I received today from Rocky Spa was immaculate. Funny thing I saw a lot of Sunny customers at Rocky Spa and they all had the same thing to say about Nicole nasty attitude. And forget about her prices it’s through the roof. Prices went up and the facility is still dirty and unclean. I am so happy to finally find somewhere that appreciates me as a customer. That was my biggest fear of not finding someone, it’s why I stuck with the horrible service this long. It took me 15 mins wait at Rocky Spa and I was in a chair. I waited 1 hr today at Sunny and still was told by Nicole it would be another hour before my nails can get done by Jazzie when Jazzie did not have a customer but went to eat for the full 40 mins. That’s called absolutely NO RESPECT for customers time. God luck to all the Sunny lovers. They will soon wake up like I did and cherish their time and sanity.

I’ve been going here for 5 years, and the service isn’t as great as it was In the beginning. Most times they deliver great service, but recently they have been getting slack in the quality of their work and service. They need new polish, and have to be mindful of those who have made appointments because we make an appointment for a reason. They definitely can step it up.

I love this place! I've been going there for years and Jasmine is my person for nails and Apple for pedicure.

Service is lacking. They use to be real great but facilities need to be updated, they need disposable liners for the pedicure tubs and the facilities need an overall face lift
