Stay away from the guy at station 2. Doesn’t listen. Most of my nails are pointing in different directions. I politely asked for them to be fixed 4 plus times and each time he filed more and more on the wrong side. I came here to get my nails redone from a different shop that did what they wanted as well. I left furious and in tears. The gel polish came out lumpy and pooled in areas. He didn’t want to redo them.

They do a great job with nails just be sure to know exactly how much what you want costs because they can become pricey. They will always push for you to get gel nail like they don't have regular polish but they do. In the EXACT color of the gel polish. Gel costs more to get AND take off versus regular polish. I would love them if only there wasn't a hidden agenda to get you to pay the most for your service. They gave done this to me and I've seen them do this to others as well.
Also, hold them accountable for setting an appointment with you. Monica set a appointment with me for 4:45 and I waited until FIVE for her. Two of them went to get her and when she FINALLY came from the back, she was licking her lips and fingers talking about she was on lunch. UNPROFESSIONAL. Then had the nerve to suggest I not have my baby with me because he became fussy because he was hungry. Had she done my nails on schedule she would not have ran into his feeding time. I'll go back in the future, I just know how to handle her. Mama Bee was kind the time I went after Monica. The other ladies are nice as well.

Very dissatisfied with the service I received today from nail tech Kathy. She did not give me what I asked for and I told her and she still couldn’t fix it. She needs more training or something. I always come here and whenever I’m with other nail techs I never have an issue. Not only did she not give me what I asked for she kept laughing as if it were funny. And upon paying her she received payment from hand to hand but upon receiving my change she lays it on the counter instead of handing it to me while still laughing. That’s very offensive! Whomever is her manager or the owner I hope you see this review and make some improvements. I’m to the point where I would rather go somewhere else. She was the same lady that also did my daughters nail a while back and it started to chip after a few days. Will never let her touch my nails again IF I decide to go back here.

Absolutely worse manicure ever. I wanted to cry when I left. She cut my nails so short. Polished my nails which were awful. Charged me $37.00. I will never go back there again.
I should have let my 7 year granddaughter do it.

Bad business! I went there to receive 2 services and walked in there at 6:10pm with the impression they close at 7:30pm. The lady asked me what I wanted done and I told her that I wanted a full set and pedicure. She told me that they only could do one service and could I come back tomorrow to get the other done. I asked her why was that and she said because they close at 7:00pm. They were not busy and had 3 people in there already with no one sitting in the pedicure section. I was very upset because it was such an inconvenience for her to even offer such thing and also shows horrible customer service. I will not go back there again!
