Honestly the worst experience I have ever had when getting my toes done. Me and my friend went in there at around 5:45 on a Tuesday and the two I assume Owners were in there and they were very friendly but the service was awful it was like they didn’t know what they were doing. My toe nails are so short they burn. 10/10 do NOT Recommend this place.

The people here are very friendly and always do a great Job on my pedicure. I try to get here at least twice a month if possible. Great shop always clean and always have sports on the tv.

I will never go here again & I will tell everyone I know to not come here as well. Yesterday I was in this plaza, I needed a fill-in & pedi so I went into this nail salon. I'd been here before, last year but only for a polish change on my toes. I walked in around 6:20pm, all the pedicure chairs were filled. I should have left but the man had already insisted that I sit down as if someone would get to me soon. So I thought it was another person in the back that was going to come out and do my nails. After an hour, I was put in a pedicure seat. While speaking to the lady next to me, she told me there were only 2 nail techs in the entire shop. By the time they were ready to start my pedi I said nevermind just give me a polish change. *Also I noticed, they do not use plastic bags in the pedicure bowl. They just have some Lysol spray sitting there. Because they were so busy, I didn't see them spray/clean out my bowl nor the lady next to me. I even asked her...Marsha, if they used plastic bags and she said no! That was another bad sign. The polish change went fine. Instead of putting on my flip flops so I could walk like most salons do, he grabbed my shoes and told me to walk to the nail chair. I didn't say anything..I just walked on over. The color I chose was like a mauve, not too pink and not too purple. I asked the tech what was his name, he said Tom. As he began working on my nails he started asking me questions. One stood out in particular because he asked me 3 times.."How much did your nails cost"? Sidenote: I'm very particular about my nails. I like designs, rhinestones, etc. I was shocked when he asked me the question so my reply was "alot"! I guess that wasn't good enough for him so he asked again, I just threw out a number to end the questioning. I asked Tom did they have any rhinestones, he said "No". I then asked if they did designs/ombre nails? He said "Yes, but it's alot of work, people don't understand. I can't do that for you maybe next time"! I then asked, was it too late? He replied, Yes! I've been getting my nails done for 25yrs and I've never had a nail tech to turn down doing anything because of the time. It wasn't even close to 9pm and I wasn't the only customer in there. Once my gel nails were painted and done. I noticed that one of my nails on one hand was wider & longer than the same nail on my left hand. I showed it to him, he started talking loud saying "I asked you if they were okay, you said yes, you suppose to look at your nails before I polish". My reply was "I didn't see that at 1st". Usually nail techs will put one hand over the other to check each finger & see if they are the same length and If there is anything wrong before polishing. I asked him if he could fix it and he said "NO, when you come back next time I fix". So I paid him and left. I was too tired to argue with him. Once I got home in my own lighting, I saw that the nails weren't mauve at all. They are a "bubble gum pink" color. If it was summer that would be fine, it's not even spring and NOT the color I chose. I decided I would call or go back the next day.
**This morning I called and politely asked for Tom. I reminded him of my name and began to tell him my feelings about the nails. He immediately got defensive, cutting me off every time I tried to talk! I stayed calm and said "Sir it hasn't even been 24hrs yet, this is not the right color, can you please change the color? He said, No it costs money! I said, Sir I paid you yesterday, usually if something is wrong, nails shops will give you 2-3 days to come back in. I asked, what if my nail was broke, would you fix it then? He said "Yes but I will not change color, you picked out color". I said, that's true I picked a color but what you brought me was not the same color! He said, "I charge you $20 then I'll change color, I'm busy." He hung up in my face! Worst place ever, if I could give 0 stars...I would.

The wait wae ridiculous and then they didn’t give any of there customers attention. They bounced from customer to customer. They put 2 nails on and walked away for 30 minutes. Not to mention I asked for sns nails and they did acrylics. Also they didn’t go as short as I asked and they hurt. The polish is applied so soppy It looks like a five year old did them. I can’t believe how terrible of service I got.
