I had heard a lot of good reviews about this salon, and my mom used to come all the time. I was really upset at the sense of urgency that my nail tech had, making me not feel very important. I felt dismissed, to be honest. My nail tech was not communicative, and would push my hands away, and I would make a mistake(like bumping my nails together) and it would upset him, and he wouldn't tell me what he needed me to do to cooperate. I had expressed that I had never had my nails done professionally, and therefore not 100% the proper way to put my hands, etc. There was poor attention to detail, and my nails actually hurt because of it. It was way too overpriced to get a specific style of nail, versus the original style. My nails aren't even, and have an odd shaping. The paint job was really uneven, and the application of my acrylic is poor. It looks like I'm ready for a fill already, and I only had them done two days ago. They are pretty far away, but up close they are embarrassing.

Went in for a gel manicure based on the high ratings. I’d never been here before, but have had many gel manicures. The nail stylist injured my cuticles 3 times! Twice with the file by filing too hard where the nail meets the skin, and once by almost cutting into my cuticle with the clippers. My finger is red, sore and swollen where she filed too hard. Seriously have never had this poor of a job, I feel like she was just rushing. Would never come back or recommend, there are too many places available with caring, thoughtful stylists. I know people make mistakes, but this was beyond once and she didn’t apologize. Strange and unprofessional.

I Love this nail salon!! The owners, Trina and Hans are so nice and awesome! They do a fantastic job on manicures, pedicures, waxes, everything. I highly recommend them, guarantee you won't be disappointed!!

Made an appointment and got right in. Showed Todd a pic of what I wanted and he created the nails I wanted. Acrylic/gel overlay. I’ve been to several nail salons in Salem and they are “hands down” one of the best!! 💅🏽

My wife has been a customer for at least a decade. Trina is a very talented artist, and she's got a great sense of humor. Nice to have such great, friendly, professional service.
