Dr. Wang is awesome! She’s very nice and the kids love her. People seem to have issues with the office manager. He’s actually really cool if you talk to him. But as a pediatrician, Dr. Wang is one of the best in So Cal. She’s honest and actually cares about each individual child. She takes her time with every patient and won’t rush you out the door. Don’t let the negative reviews deter you from a great doctor that will take care of your kids for years to come.

I love Dr. Wang but the service there is the worse. I have been taking my kids there for over 5 years and I called for an emergency appointment and found out that they deactivated my account and I cant take my child who has been having major headaches to see if Dr Wang can help. The lady who picked up the phone was so rude and did not give me a reason for the deactivation. Now I have to wait till the doctor calls (who knows when) to let me know the reason. Worse service EVER. I used to be proud to have my kids with them but now I am so moving them from there.

I would choose a negative score if it was available. The doctor presented in a very cold way and didn’t give through explanation on our child’s medical condition, which gave us tremendous stress. It made even worse when she shows discrimination. After we changed to another pediatrician who is very nice and shows her real care to the baby, we felt the huge difference. Also, the receptionist is extremely difficult to reach when you want to schedule/change appointment or ask for medical records. My calls went to the voicemail all the time! Worst experience with doctors ever!

I called to try to schedule my kids appointment and learned that because I missed one year checkup they deactivated our account and won’t see my kids anymore. What the hell? No notice. I was transitioning between insurances and we missed the checkup last year and because of that we get kicked out. I was shocked!
