I have been going there for years and loved it. Apparently the salon has sold and is now terrible. The owners granddaughter (a child) annoyed us the entire time. I’m there to relax and that did not happen. The owner just sat and stared at all the clientele. My daughter asked them to fix a nail that looked terrible and she told her to come back tomorrow to get it fixed. Never ever again!

Got acrylics done on my nails with my sister on a Thursday evening. I live in the Myrtle Beach area and had heard bad things about the place but my sister and I decided we would give the benefit of the doubt. So we wait and wait and wait and finally my sister gets serviced and they tell me to wait beside my sister while she's getting her nails done. I've never been to this salon before and didn't realize that they were about 40 minutes away from closing or else I would have waited. Finally about half way though my sisters nails another lady comes by and says that she can start mine. So we get to the station and she's gluing the nails and everything. I told her the style (round) and told her that they had to be very short because of my job. She wouldnt listen and ended up doing them way too long. So then we get to color and the color I picked out she decides that she doesn't like and gets up and says she's picking a similar color. She comes back and just starts painting and not paying very much attention. Apparently we had stayed over closing time and everyone was in a rush to hurry and get home. In short, my sisters nails turned out amazing while mine were way too long, crooked and poorly painted. Never getting my nails done there again!

This nail salon is the worst owned salon i have been to. I went to have my nails done and while i was sitting there i watched the owner sit down in a chair,tv start watching tv and proceeded to fall asleep and spent my whole salon trip that way. As if that wasn't bad enough when it was time for me to leave i couldn't even wash my hands because there was no handsoap or paper towels. I'm also pretty sure she was talking badly to my nail tech because she had a hateful look on her face and was talking very fast at her. Won't be going back and wouldn't recommended this to others.

The woman who did my nails rushed and was so rough! She made my cuticle bleed! I demanded a refund which they wouldn’t give me. Do NOT GO HERE .

I wanted a full set of pink and white nails. I was told 15 minutes and after 45 minutes people that were entering after me were being taken care of. When I asked how much longer, I was told after the later people who came in were done. I was continually lied to and took an hour of my Saturday afternoon, I was told there was only one person who can do that time of nail which is common. They should have told me in the beginning instead of wasting my time. Never again😡😡
