Horrible phone wait times, you're the next up and after 8 minutes waiting they hang up on you, you call back and all of a sudden there are 5 people now waiting.
Bad communication, they tell you one thing in the office, which seems important/delicate (to a 91 year old) and then they call you and it's something else, now it's not as important and they say it's miscommunication. Really????
Really long in office wait times, keeping you there unnecessary when the doctors are not there, just to tell you, they will call you for an appointment.
Wouldn't recommend this place.

Wish there was zero stars. Plan to wait on hold forever only to have them hang up on you. Virtually impossible to speak to anyone. Dr. Attia will bend over backwards to AVOID actually having to see a patient. My husband wore an AFib monitor for 2 weeks. The results got lost. For months, nurses (Alicia V.) told me no monitor had ever even been ordered. When we demand an appt for explanation, they claim that after months of insisting it didn't exist, the monitor report has miraculously reappeared just in time to spare Dr. Attia actually having to speak to a patient. Awful. These people do not care about patients at all.

I'm so glad to have found Dr. Biswas. She is a fantastic cardiologist who genuinely cares about her patients. She made every effort to accommodate my mom and maximize our time in her office. She worked with medical assistant, Valeria, to squeeze us in for a treadmill stress test, so we wouldn't have to come back. My mom was apprehensive about doing the test, but Valeria encouraged and motivated my mom through it with her humor and positivity. We had such a great experience and we look forward to coming back for future appointments. Thank you!!!

Everyone was so friendly yet professional. My doctor was great as was the staff. I would recommend anyone wanting accurate care, and results to go here. My Doctor made me feel so comfortable and at ease with his knowledge and quick to get results important to my health. I definitely will go back when needed.

I took my grandmother here, and I have to say the customer service was exceptional! Specifically, the customer service representatives that were attending to me and my grandmother on the phone and at the desks. I felt like we were listened to, and were well taken care of by the staff. Very pleased overall.
