I have read the previous reviews and I was shocked. I brought my daughter there for her birthday and it was a lovely place. I would recommend it. Bringing a bridal party their next week. I will let you know if it doesn't go well. My daughters polish stayed on a for a week!

On a busy Saturday I was handled roughly and very quickly. What should be a pleasant experience was anything but! A 20 minute pedi that looked and felt like it! If you are too busy to make the experience and final product what it should be, tell the customers coming in rather than rush them through to get every last dime you can. I will not be back.

It's been going downhill for a while ... not clean at all! You have to ask them for a clean nail file it's so worn and used and they don't change the paper towel on the table unless you request a fresh one. If it's in the summer? They won't turn on the air conditioner! Not upscale or accommodating to customer comfort.

I love this place so much! Very kind, friendly and nice. I didn't make an appointment, so I waited long time T T
Next time I should make a reservation ^^

When busy they are bad about honoring appointment times. They will get you in a chair almost on time but then not start for awhile.
