I went in to get my nails done on a Friday night Saturday my nail broke like nothing. I go in to get it fixed, she fixes it and has th nerve to ask me for 5 dollars for a nail that should have never broke in the first place. I got my toes painted my toe nails are a different color than my nails bc she didn’t take off all the previous nail polish! She just told me it would cover and there was no top coat. My toe nails are rough and clumpy. I will never step foot in this store, I must of put at least 80 in the shop. But when I go to tommy lees in Newburgh I pay 50 for gel and toes and I never leave dissatisfied. This place was overpriced for a poor job in nails!!

The worst nail salon I ever went to! Would never go back. Looked like a 5 year old did my nails. When I went back I had to demand a new color and they hurt my hands.

I wanted to send 2 gift certificates out to 2 special ladies and Annie's took my gift certificate order over the phone and delivered it same day to the house. Great gesture. The important ladies got their gift on time . Thanks to Annies! David

I went to get my eyebrows waxed the other day. The lady told me for $3 more I could get them threaded. I said sure since I had wanted to try that. I explained to her I had let my eyebrows grow out and I wanted them thick. Well guess what she did?! She made one sort of okay. It is a decent shape but super thin....The other one is thin and shapeless(so gross), and so much shorter then the other. I look crazy with two complete different shaped brows! The girl must of new she messed up! She didn't even hold the mirror to show me when she had finished. So not knowing yet that my eyebrows were screwed up I got a manicure. It was horrible. I am not even joking when I say she picked up her phone over 8 times while she was doing my nails.... When I got in my car I looked in the mirror and cried. If i had went in to complain I probably would of killed her! My eyebrows were crazy and she had left hair scattered hair all over my face from my eye brows. This salon is a complete dump! I will never go there again. I would not recommend this place to someone I hated! I am so upset about my eye brows:/ I hope they grow back fast:/
