I have gone to hundreds of nail places all across the country for the past 10-15 years & truly this is one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had & consistently excellent! They do the best gel dips & manicures too, mine last twice as long!! Ruby & Sophie are amazing people & I look forward to seeing them!! I don’t go anywhere else!!! Try them out. Excellent service & people!!!

Had my very first pedicure and manicure; the experience was great! I was pretty nervous but the lady was very nice and reassured me. It was super ticklish (as I was not used to it) but the end result was great! My nails looked great, and my legs felt very smooth and fluffy like it never before—everyone was very nice I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone ;D

I called to make an appointment. On the day of my appointment, the salon was completely closed up. No one told me that they’d be closed. No one called to reschedule or even cancel my appointment. Then when I called two days later (day after Christmas) to let the manager know what happened, she just kept saying I’m sorry. Finally, after a lot of back and forth, she offered 10% off. 10%??? That’s an insult, especially when this was for Christmas, and at that last minute I wasn’t able to get into ANY other salon. I had to spend the holiday with nails looking crazy. Had I known they’d be closed Christmas Eve, I could’ve made an appointment elsewhere. They should’ve never taken my appointment, or, if they made a mistake, called to let me know. At the very least, they could’ve taken responsibility for it when I called them out on it. This is some of the most rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional customer service I’ve ever experienced at a nail salon. Never again. I took my business to Polished, right around the corner, where they were much more professional.

My husband and I got pedicures here while on vacation. The two ladies were super nice, they gave us directions around Kansas City and advice about where to go. They were very friendly and I would recommend this place! My nails turned out fantastic as well.

Enjoy coming here. They have great pedicures and I love the dip polish for my nails. Definitely a regular here
