Excellent service. Friendly staff. Good prices. Provide what you ask for. Very professional. I have tried at least 5 places for services and find this place the best.

I walked in to get a pedicure. A lady was doing a manicure. I told her I needed a pedicure. She called someone up front. They didn't come up.
The lady doing the manicure said she's on the phone. You could hear laughing coming from the back. The lady up front said she's always on the phone & called her again & she didn't come up front. Long story short, the lady up front called the lady in the back 4 times! When she finally came up front she said something in their language & started taking care of someone else. Then the lady who had been in front told me it was going to be a wait. I told her I had gotten bad customer service there before & would be back! She said, Ok. Thank you."" I left! Don't waste your time with Nail love!

I've been frequenting this salon for over 3 years, and I've never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly, the prices are always good, and my nails are always beautiful. Though there is sometimes a wait for service, the results are well worth it! Whenever I point out a mistake they always fix it free of charge, and easily fix any chips/scratches that I get later on!

The staff is rude. I was talked into getting gel polish and two of my fingers had peeled off the same night! I had to go to a different nail salon and pay for two nails to be painted with gel, only for 5 more to come off 3 days later. I have peeled them, they snagged or chipped on something and continued to come off on their own. They do well on pedicures but after my last experience, I won’t be going back.

Let’s start with my nails.. I went to get acrylics and they did the WORST job. They left the acrylic underneath my nail, the shape was NOT what I asked for. Honestly not sure what shape he was going for. Asked for natural nails and they were so thick that they looked like bubbles on my nails. They were so terrible that I had to go across the street to Tropical Nails (highly recommend) to get them fixed.
Secondly, the guy who did my nails was rude and impersonal. He kept yanking my hand around to position it the way he wanted. He did not speak at all.
I will NOT return.
