This salon was close to me until I recently moved, so I have been in here several times. It seems depending on which nail tech is assigned to you, your experience can be very different with each visit. The biggest issue for me, and other places have started doing this, is that if you purchase a manicure, it's done in a very sloppy way WHILE you get a pedicure (in the pedicure chair). This is not Nascar. I don't need a pit crew to rush through my services. The very last time I came in, the older woman (who had to wear bifocals to do my nails by the way), messed up two of my nails. I pointed this out to her in a very polite way and her whole demeanor changed. She applied a third coat to make up for the mistakes but didn't add a third coat to all of the nails, making some more opaque than others. The pedicure was also very bad. To make matters worse, the brand new bottles of OPI I brought in, I forgot to take home with me and when I went back in to get them, they treated me like I was a liar and that the bottles were theirs and they couldn't find them. It was just an overall bad experience. They are also not the most sanitary....If I were you, save your money and go to one of the million other places like this.

I've only been there a few times and the service is always very good very very good however this last visit I noticed that the salon was not very clean there was stuff on the floors and it just didn't make me feel like if the salon isn't clean are the tools??

I would not recommend doing any business with this company. Upon just trying to book a pedicure and manicure for my wife and sister in law I was rudely interrupted when ready to pay and lock appointment in saying they were busy and could I call back later. Very unprofessional not deserving of business.

Really terrible pedicure experience. My friend and I came in to get pedis together, and I will not be returning. My gal couldn't have been more disinterested in giving me a pedicure. Multiple times I had to ask her if she was okay because she stopped in the middle of something and just stared blankly off into space. The massage was so pathetic it may as well have been non-existent. It was like a toddler was giving me a massage. Meanwhile, my friend next to me was having a great experience with a proper massage and nail job. I was so jealous! She was laughing at how terrible my experience was as she watched it unfold. Her gal was Tami. Mine was a younger gal in her 20s. I wish I'd caught her name to steer everyone clear of her.
