I used to love this place, clean, nice enough staff. After years of going I had a terrible experience where they had to redo my gel nails 3 times and still didn't get them right!!! I was there so long (just shy of 3 hours) that I had to leave without getting my brows done and without the nails being correct. They asked me to pay and come back the next day to get them redone yet again, and unfortunately I did because of my past positive history with the staff. I had to come back the next day and sit another hour. They had said they would comp me the eyebrow wax for my trouble, but didn't. I gave the girl who redid my nails and did my brows a very generous tip but they said I had to pay for the brows. We are only talking $12. but I really thought that the gesture of comping them was the VERY LEAST they could do. Obviously do not value or need my business.

Great place. Everyone is professional. They do a great job, whether you are going for a regular mani (with or without pedi), gel, powder, uv....

Always fast, I never have to wait, it's clean, and everyone is nice to me. It's a little pricey, but it's very good, professional service.

I wish I could put 1/2 star and that is only because the place is simingly clean. However they DO not listen to what you ask for! REGULAR mani pedi eyebrow.. 4xs told her NOT to do my lip..since I've had a reaction to the wax in the past. Well she had the wax on my lip before I had a chance to say "no" for the 5th time..saying "you need you need". immediately it was burning. (had to ask for aloe 3xs while getting mani done.. (which she changed the color I originally picked for another...but was there to relax not argue) Today I woke up with my upper lip bright red and bumps. The EXACT reason why I said no in the beginning.BTW the "regular " pedi turned into the pricer bamboo one. Hadn't had great experiences there in the past, but decided to give it one more try. NEVER AGAIN!! a lot of money later due to their "sales techniques" and I'm done.
