I went here with my friend (Thursday) and got a gel pedicure it is now Friday night and my polish is chipped, which is crazy because any other time I get gel it never chips. I sat there for almost an hour just waiting to get my pedicure. Then when I finally got it done the guy completely rushed it . So I will not be returning there!

My nails look great. I've been going somewhere else for years but just feel like my nails do not last long anymore, so I gave them a try. I will be going back for my nails everytime!

Arrived and greeted, was told to wash hands. Understandable! Was told to have a seat at 7&8 bc my cousin was also with me. We waited about 35 minutes and someone finally came to let my nails soak off (for a full in)and walked away from my cousin and started on a customer who had just came in behind us. After sitting for another 45 minutes, a nail tech comes to my cousin and put on her nails(for a full set) . Asked her what she wanted, put the nails on and told her it would be $105 for her nails and that she had to wait on someone else because he wasn't able to do her nails bc they were to long. Then went on to assist another customer. Several customers had come in and we were still waiting and my hands were white at this point. We asked several times when would we be helped and we was ignored. The man behind us who was doing nails yelled out that he was coming and to give him a moment. But we had been there over a hour and a half without anything being done. So I asked the man who was sitting behind me when was he coming. He jumps up leaving the customer he was working on without asking her to hold or anything. Took my nails out of the bowl, got his drill and barely took anything off, he then goes to my cousin and clips off of her nails and asked are we staying or leaving. I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN .

Took my sister to get her nails filled in, and they over filed her nails breaking them. Then went to charge us full price on getting the mess up fixed. The place was also dirty looking when we came in.
