I had an amazing experience at the upper cut. The stylist Deb was absolutely amazing. She worked with me on what I wanted. Asked a lot of questions so there was no confusion and she really knew her stuff with dying and cutting my hair. Will definitely go back to her!!!!

I just visited for the first time and I could not be happier! The décor is magnificent and the environment is wonderful. Michelle, owner/stylist, is amazing. She chose the perfect color and style for my hair. I feel beautiful leaving this salon!
