First experience at this salon. No welcome at the door. Waited almost 10 minutes until someone acknowledged us. Stylist was nice enough and did a good job with my 13 yr old daughters hair. Salon is a bit of a mish mash mess. Not a luxury salon experience but serves its purpose.

I would give negative stars if I could!...I called to set up an appt. Ten minutes later I was called back and told I was unable to have that appt with Claire because the lady did not book enough time for that slot. Ok I understand and they reschedule me for a different time slot with Yasmin. They call back AGAIN and ask if they can reschedule me at another time slot with Amy, sure I say. Biggest mistake EVER. 10:00 I show up for my appt with Amy, Amy isn't there. 10:10 Claire who was busy with another client stopped what she was doing to call Amy who said she had issues with her kids and would be there in 15 minutes. 10:45!!!!.....I'm still sitting there waiting for Amy to bother to show up. I ask for another stylist to do my hair but of course the very few that are there have other appts coming in and they suggest other salons that might be able to get me in. Last minute on a Saturday right?!!! 11:00 Amy still hasn't shown up and I was informed this is not the 1st time she has done this. Unbelievable, I normally work 6 days a week it's hard enough to have time to get my hair done and when I have time off I certainly don't want to waste time waiting on someone who doesn't even bother to show up. Beware and go where somewhere else!! Now I'm desperately trying to find somewhere on a Saturday, to get my hair done. This is so totally unacceptable To the owner....WOW really??? That’s how you finally respond to a customer who had a HORRIBLE experience at your place of business? You have never reached out to me whatsoever but yet Amy did and now you are trying to discredit me and act like I’m lying or confused?? You definitely just validated everything I said about your business. I work in customer service and you just did everything wrong.
