So this is my first time in awhile getting my nails done. I decided to do the white French tip fake nails, since I hadn't done it in forever. And omg the nice lady who did mine was amazing, and the other two ladies in the store were hilarious and it's just all around good. My sister in law is getting shellac, and the lady doing hers is gentle and making sure she's not hurting her and asking before doing things. Same with the lady who did mine. I will for sure be returning to this place in the future.

My story: I had my nails done in North Carolina and it was a disaster. Acrylic white tip with a small amount of sparkle. The tips yellowed and they weren't the right shape ECT! Just a horrible job. BUT..Forever 21 Nails fixed them today and I believe she was the owner who did my nails. She did a fantastic job. Not too expensive. $25 for a fill, shape fix, and painted the tips with gel. They feel sturdy, great quality and she had a good eye with details. I am happy with this experience. I almost went somewhere else! Glad I didn't.😬😮

I won't even bother putting really any stars considering they totally tore up my nails when I specifically told them to soak them off. The lady told me "it takes too long to soak them off" but they weren't in any hurry considering I was the only person that was in there. I was in pain the whole entire time when they were ripping off my nails. I had even had a new set put on by them a few weeks ago and it didn't even last a full 2 fills before my nails started breaking. The lady also told me that ripping off the nails doesn't even hurt many people, well obviously she has never had that done because it hurts like hell! I left only to realize I had paid $10 for them to rip up my nails and not even get the old acrylic all off, I went back and the lady seemed all snobby and pissed that I showed back up.
I have been doing fake nails for a few years now and this was one of the most terrible nail places I have ever been. My nails are so torn up she didn't even know if I'd be able to wear fake nails again for a while.
Wouldn't recommend to anyone, service was terrible and so was they lady working on my nails.
