The low rating is mainly for the cleanliness of the salon and utensils. The nail files, tables and arm pads all had debris and even remnants of chipped nails on the table. It was hard to overlook when your arms are laying on it during a manicure. They should at least clean the tables after each customer. My manicure was done well. I just hope the foot pools aren’t as gross

Nails start popping off after a week. There's one lady in there doing all the nails , wait is always long. I changed salons yesterday and they had a lot to say about the way my nails looked after a week. Will not ever be coming here again.

Just had my nails done last week. Love the shape and color. One broke yesterday. I went back and they fixed it quickly 💅🏽😁

Didn’t understand what we wanted, asked over and over again if they could do what we were asking and she said she could, but the end result was horrible
