I have tryed to make appointment after appointment with her and she cancels and cancels today was my prom day and she canceled. very unprofessional. I have no idea what the situation is but it's very annoying and not responsible. Every single time she's had crazy excuses, I don't know who owns the shop but the women I have been talking tos name is Heather. I am very upset about this
