The staff is nice, but honestly the service SUCKS! I had my nails done last week on Friday (gel manicure) and the VERY NEXT DAY had to return because paint already started to chip from 2 fingers. Today (the following Thursday) it has not been a full week later and paint has chipped AGAIN on 4 fingers... mind you, this is gel/ shellac paint, which usually lasts a few weeks. My visit with Katie's nails was the first and will definitely be the last!

Place is dirty and outdated. Not a friendly service and end result is mediocre at the best.
Update: now I got a toe nail infection...definitely go somewhere else

The shop did an ok job on my nails but my acrylic is way too thick on a few of my nails. I went here because my normal nail shop was too crowded. I messed up by not looking at the price list because I’ve been here a few times before and just assumed nothing had changed. Boy was I wrong! I paid $62.50 for a full set for me and a fill in for my daughter. That’s twice as much as I would’ve paid at my normal shop. It’s my fault that I didn’t read the price list, but they are just much too expensive for the experience. For that price you’d think they’d offer water, wine, or something to justify the price. Overpriced and overrated

I love this nail shop. I pass so many nail shops every 2 weeks just to get my nails done here. They are very friendly and they do an excellent job every time. Mandy is the owner and she taught her daughter well. They both work there together. The entire staff is excellent.

unprofessional. Looks at everyone as a dollar even if it's not spent with them. I received a bad review from them from a former customer who said they'd never go there again and even after I had a bad experience there before I still gave them a try. Can't say I was displeased with the service because it never got that far. I was never greeted and when I asked a question about a nail color a lady didn't want to answer me and when the red headed asian answered for her she was rude and obnoxious. So yea ! Thumbs down! It's plenty salons and plenty asians who so speak English and proudly. Smh what y'all here for????
