The new nail technician, Kevin, does an amazing job every time! He is very nice and does excellent nail work and designs. The salon is spacious and relaxing. All the nail technicians are very friendly. I come here every week to get pampered and relax. I will definitely remain a loyal customer!

10/10. BEST salon in town! I've been going to Roy (at all of his locations) for nearly a DECADE because every time I make an appointment, I know I can expect consistent, top-notch quality work and friendly service in a clean and welcoming salon space at reasonable prices from both him and his team. (my nails always turn out perfect in terms of length, color, durability, etc.) I love going here because I've never been disappointed - ever!

Poor pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was over priced and he did not spend much time on my feet. The trimming of my toe nails (after telling him not to trim too much) are short, it hurts! The massaging part of my feet was 1 minute, literally. Before painting my toes he took the nail equipment he used on my feet out back and returned with nail equipment packaged and put in the top microwave, not the microwave underneath that says sterile. I thought the nail equipment was new but it is recycled. So disgusting!! I hope they are knowledgeable with sterilizing properly. One base color was applied. No communication with me just speaking to a woman coworker in another language and laughing. Obvious I am thinking it’s about me or thinking it’s the other person I’m next to who’s getting a pedicure. Not many colors to choose from either! My Manicure was rushed as well and my nails look awful. One base color was applied. The guy was not friendly and made me feel uncomfortable as he was rushing through my manicure. An hour after my appointment nail polish area is already chipping off. Over priced and I will not be a returning customer and will deal with the nail polish already fading and chipping off instead of returning and receiving unsatisfying customer service and work. Buyers beware!

This place is incredible. This is my second time here first time I got my nails done and the guy was very nice and listened to what i wanted. Most places dont. This time I got my toes done and even though they were busy she did not rush through it. She took her time and made my feet feel so much better. I will continue to come here I'm the future and I recommend If you are looking for a place to get all your nail needs done come here. They take good care of you.

I love a local family business, and when they are amazing at what they do, it's a no-brainer. Coming to Roy's is a treat, and everyone is kind and really helpful (not sure on colors or fun styles? They'll help you pick something awesome!). I get daily compliments on my nails, and they hold up incredibly well. I'm a fan.
