I’ve been going to this salon for about two years now. The only service I really get from here is my eyebrows waxed. I’ve gotten my nails done twice and I didn’t really like the outcome but I loved how Linda does my eyebrows. My experience here has been great until just recently after their shop opened back up I went to get my eyebrows done but I had on a mask of course. When Linda approached me I smiled at her which I’m not really sure she could see because of the mask but she gave me a mean look then started whispering in another customer’s ear while glancing at me as if she was talking about me. So we go in the back, she does my eyebrows, I come out to pay. As she gives me my receipt she slams it down on the counter, once I signed the receipt she snatches it up. Even after all this I still tell her to have a nice day but she didn’t respond. I just went back yesterday. Went in the back, did my eyebrows, came out to pay. As I was getting my money ready she says that will be $12 for you today. Remind you I called before I came in so if there was a change of price she should’ve made that clear over the phone because I only brought in the same amount I’ve been paying for two years now. When she saw that I only had that exact amount in cash she said nvm and snatched the money from me. I’m not even tripping over the amount I just find it funny that all of sudden there’s a change in price and her actions towards me that I’ve never experienced before my whole two years of going there. Yesterday was definitely my last day going there.

I had never realized how important foot care is and working mainly in construction I neglected my feet for many years. I have been twice for pedicures and the professional service, focus on sanitation and quality of service is outstanding! I will be going regularly!

The new owners of H & L (Andy & Hanna) were amazing today! Well professional.. I have never been to a nail salon that I enjoyed but I really enjoyed my time there today and I will never go to a different place! Andy and Hannah talked to me the whole time I was there never talked to each other as if I wasn’t sitting there (like most salons do) they took their time to do my nails and toes! If u are looking a place to relax and enjoy your “me time” go there in Rolesville by the foodlion!!!!
