First I would like to say that the lady who did my nails seem like she was rushing. When I asked for stilettos, people would normally cut the nails then file them to the shape desired so in that way it would be a faster process. Instead she cut them then put the acrylic on them and started filing. With that she was soo rough with my nails like my nails were hurting and it took sooo long for her to get the shape. After that she used the lil electronic file and I guess she was trying to “file” my cuticles. But it seemed as if she was trying file the whole cuticle off. Cuz she kept filing so close to my cuticles and then she was going fast I was scared she would’ve cut my finger and I was going to bleed. All I can say is that was the worst experience of my life. I went there before and it was ok but this time it was awful. I have acrylics where it shouldn’t be and then my nails are chunckt looking. Not going there again. I would recommend Hollywood Nails and Spa in Gentilly. They are so much better and they take their time.

I never write reviews on places because I feel like everyone has different experiences. But after the experience I had with them, I felt I had to say something. I’ve never had a worse nail experience in my life!!!. I walk in. The lady has a disgusted look on her face.. I informed her that I wanted a pedicure and gel polish. She puts me at a station and I start getting my pedicure. (Back story: I dont like to watch when they are doing my nails because i like to be surprised when they finish) Well something told me that i needed to look at my toes as she painted them.. no exagratation: this lady literally pooled a bunch of nail polish on each toe, then tried to come back after with nail polish remover!!. So I finally told her, no just take that off. I don’t like it. She had her daughter come over and try to paint my toes. She didn’t pool it all over my nail bed, but she did a horrible job painting them. So I finally was like, look, just take the polish off, I’ll paint them when i get home. So I’m watching as she takes the polish off and I look at my toe nails and they are all different shapes and sizes.. I was pissed!!!!!. Then charged me $25. When I got home I realized that they didn’t even completely file my feet. They used the “cheese grater” but spent about 2 stroke with the smoothing file. My feet are more rough then they were before I went. Definitely don’t recommend this place!.
